$100.00 per hour with a three hour minimum, plus two meals (if furnished to guests) |
| in excess of 30 miles | $400.00 + 25 cents per mile for each of two vehicles, two meals or the cash equivilent |
| Outside of Metro Phoenix | $600.00 + Airfare (coach) for two, to and from engagement. Meals & lodging for two, ground transportation (Van), rental of local stage equipment per attached RIDER |
